Financial Arrangements and Fees
We are committed to providing high quality as well as value for money within our comprehensive and caring service. The fees charged are dependant on the type of facility required and the type of care package and needs of the individual resident. These presently range from £499 - £585pw to be paid monthly in advance by standing order. Fees are generally reviewed for 1 APRIL each year. We will negotiate with the County Council and relatives for those potential residents who are to be supported by the Council.
The current government rules for supporting residents can be complicated and specific advice is available from the home manager as well as from independent sources such as “Help the Aged” , “Age Concern” and others.

- Visits by the Hairdresser to the home
- Visits by a private chiropodist to the home
- Visits by private optician
- Private telephone installation and calls
- Small contribution to coach outings
